I'm an avid reader. The books here are maybe 1/5th of my collection (this bookcases' top shelf is two-books deep). I read everything from Tolkien to Sci fi novels. Jane Austen to JK Rowling and lots in between. Can you tell who my favorite author is?? (haha)

lol...my tattered ol' Kermy. Poor thing. How do you like the super-dried out lei from 2002?? Can't believe THAT'S still hanging there (well, this is in my bedroom).
Charles Shultz ROCKS!! He was my very first idol. I learned how to draw by tracing over his pictures then, eventually, I didn't need to trace anymore.
I love the frog too! I don't read much so I don't have much of a collection.
I'm an avid reader too! It's tough to find time some days, but I try! My dad said that when I was in 5th grade I had read more books than he had in his entire life!
Me too Jess! Then again, my Dad worked in the library at the prision and always went to book conventions. He always brought me an author-signed book everytime he went. I have books signed by Beverly Cleary and Judy Blume (among others).

How cool that you have books signed by those authors though! Wow! I met Patrick McManus once...boy howdy, what a story teller he is!
